Ingredients:
Leek whole – 30 grams
Dried rose petals – 30 grams
Coriander seeds – 30 grams
Method:
Take 30 grams of leek and 30 grams of the coriander. Place it in the sun for 3 days for about 4 hours everyday. Alternatively, you can also have it dried in a pan over the flame of a stove. Grind these two ingredients together in a mixer and then sieve it to obtain a fine powder. Dry the rose petals also the same way and crush them with your fingers. Do not sieve the rose petals.
Now take two apples, three bananas, one litchi, and one bunch of grapes. Cut up all the fruits except the grapes and put it in a glass bowl. Then add two teaspoons of sugar and about half a cup of honey. Mix well. At the end of it add the crushed rose petals and the powdered leak and coriander. Taste the salad, if it tastes more of coriander, add some honey to it. Then cool in the freezer for a while.
Invite your boyfriend over for a quick drink at your place. He would probably refuse, but be persuasive. Lure him with promises of friendship. Once he gets there feed him the salad. He is bound to come back to you.
